A visit from Papa and Grammy

Last weekend Grandma and Grandpa Thorpe came up to visit. Eleanor was so excited she couldn't stop saying Papa. Unfortunately, Grammy is less fun to say so she did not get as much jibber jabber from Eleanor.

Friday was a slow night in with some wings and Katie Andolina's pasta. The real excitement started on Saturday morning when we took Grandma and Grandpa for a tour of Lakewood and then to the park.

I LIKE PLAYING WITH PAPA AND GRAMMY AT LAKEWOOD PARK!!!

You can't see it, but Eleanor is chasing a squirrel.

The ladies walking along the promenade (dedicated in 2006).

See that city in the background? That's Cleveland.

Family picture time.

Bike racks are as much fun as jungle gyms.

Papa teaching Eleanor how to swing from the rings.

GREAT SUCCESS!!!

The nice weather portion of the weekend ended right after we left the park so the pictures ended then also. We did end up having two outstanding meals over the weekend that we need to mention, Sweet Melissa's (not to be confused with The Tap House) and Melt. Both are awesome and we would be happy to take you when you come to visit.

The posting has been a little light lately due to internship starting last week, but we promise to be back later in the week with some exciting stuff. So exciting that you will be very excited reading about it!!!
