Spending the weekend with Grandma and Grandpa

While Emily spent last weekend in North Carolina with the Group for a bachelorette weekend, Eleanor and I went to Grandma and Grandpa Sweeney's to enjoy some good company, free food, and stories about patents on electrical connectors.

Family room time.

Grandpa Sweeney and Kyle were wearing matching outfits.
We are not sure who should feel silly.

Mike Cicak: significantly taller than most babies.

These things make noise!

Showing Kyle how to wrestle Winnie to the ground.

Eleanor had a plethora of new toys to play with at Grandma and Grandpa's house. Her favorite was a Cozy Coupe donated by the Hull family. Most kids like sitting in the Cozy Coupe and driving themselves around. Not Eleanor:

Eleanor likes pushing the empty Cozy Coupe...

...and sitting in the Cozy Coupe in her swimming pool.

Our stay with Grandma and Grandpa coincided with Aunt Megan and Uncle Mike's visit to town. One day while I was off moving stuff out of our old house (sniff), Megan and Mike thought it would be a great idea to teach Eleanor how to do something dangerous: climbing trees!!!

"You don't need to hold on with both hands if you don't want to."

Tree climbing time.

This is right before Megan and Mike went inside to play video games.

Days until relaunch of Sweeneyblog: 7
